Santurce now has La Barra La Patria and La Patria Rooftop Bar, serving finger food: sliders, quesadillas, tacos, montaditos and vegetarian Mac & Cheese. Keyla Meléndez and Gerardo Méndez are expanding La Patria Restobar, which is based in Hato Rey.
