Casa y Museo Felisa Rincón de Gautier

Felisa Rincón de Gautier, known as Doña Fela, was the first woman to serve as mayor of San Juan, appointed in 1946. She administered the city for 22 years. This museum showcases her work and what it took to make San Juan what it is today.
