Founded by Omar Díaz, Café Nineteen is on the corner of calle Loíza and Castro Viñas. It serves breakfast, brunch, pastries and matcha. Open Monday through Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., and Sundays from 8:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
