DANTE is the latest project from Eat Me Hospitality Group, located on the rooftop of the O:LV Fifty Five hotel in Condado, with panoramic views of the San Juan lagoon. Inspired by Dante Alighieri, the space combines design, craft cocktails and contemporary Italian cuisine.
Chef Jason Neroni leads the kitchen, with handmade pastas such as carbonara with guanciale, rigatoni alla vodka and corn agnolotti with tajín.
