Mandorle, which means "almonds" in Italian, focuses on European and Italian pastry and bread with a Caribbean touch. We offer European pastries, such as croissants, danishes, rustici leccesi and sfogliatelle, as well as artisan breads, such as sourdough, focaccia, babka and maritozzi, among others.
All of our products are made from scratch and baked daily. We also use local ingredients, such as fruits, vegetables and spices, in our fillings and inclusions to bring a little piece of Italy to Puerto Rico and deliver happiness in every bite.
