The Museo de Zoología, founded in 1943, preserves collections of amphibians, reptiles, mollusks, mammals and other animal groups, as well as fossils and historical scientific material. The Herbario, established in 1966, houses thousands of botanical specimens used for research and education. Both spaces offer guided visits and educational activities by prior arrangement.
