This 1905 hacienda in the barrio Aceituna was designed by French architect Paul Servajean. It was once a coffee plantation, then a sugarcane plantation, and today is a museum administered by the municipality. It was the inspiration for the Palacete Los Moreau that appears in "La Llamarada," the novel by Moca writer Enrique Laguerre. Guided tours are available, and the gardens are a popular spot for wedding and quinceañero photos.
