In celebration of Earth Day and the third anniversary of ArteYUNQUE, the exhibition RÍO: la cuenca hidrográfica de El Yunque is being presented. The show brings together site-specific works commissioned from eight Puerto Rican artists who explore the connections of El Yunque National Forest's river system from cultural, ancestral and environmental perspectives. The exhibition highlights the relationship between water, its ecosystems and the communities of the Puerto Rican archipelago and its diaspora.
