The Rising Entrepreneurs business accelerator, from the Bravo Family Foundation (BFF), has selected its cohort for 2025, marking the sixth edition of the program.

Orlando Bravo, co-founder and chairman of the BFF board of directors, announced that eleven emerging companies will have the opportunity to benefit from the program's three pillars, knowledge, access and capital, through a curriculum of successful business concepts inspired by Thoma Bravo's practices, individualized mentoring and a financial contribution toward their development.

The group is made up of Applivio, Caribe Drones, Intelicargo, Lavanda Holistic Clinic, LeadWire, Learningbp, Let'sFuel, Mikokos, Skyin, Tiike and Welli Clinic.

"Every year the participants who come to us exceed our expectations. We are very impressed with the business models presented for this sixth edition, for their relevance to market needs and opportunities and for their potential to grow inside and outside of Puerto Rico. It was gratifying to see that many of the finalists already have sales and are beginning to show success. The program will help them acquire the skills and broaden their perspectives to continue growing and scaling their companies," Orlando Bravo said.

The foundation's chief executive officer (CEO), Blanca Santos, also expressed satisfaction with the selection of the new group. "Every year we renew our commitment to advancing the world-class talent of our entrepreneurs so they reach their full potential. True to our mission and vision, the foundation advances social justice principles that seek to provide opportunities and the fullest development of emerging entrepreneurs, young people and community leaders."

The entrepreneurs will take part in a seven-month agenda that includes an initial training phase at the foundation's headquarters in Mayagüez. The second phase is aimed at putting the concepts learned into practice to grow and scale their companies, with the support of the program team led by Jaime R. Morales, as well as volunteer mentors from Thoma Bravo.
