Puerto Rico Manufacturing Extension (PRiMEX) is inviting Puerto Rico's business community to a class on Artificial Intelligence (AI) in Change Management and Project Management.
The free event will take place Tuesday, July 23, 2024, from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m., in a virtual format via Zoom.
The class aims to equip participants with AI knowledge in order to improve efficiency and management within their organizations and to provide concrete steps for beginning the transformation.

During the workshop, led by Jesús "Nesty" Delgado, president of Team 1144, and Alba Noris De León, president of AblaTek, participants will have the opportunity to explore and evaluate the tools and practical applications of AI available for project management, as well as to develop strategies for integrating AI into management processes in order to use this technology effectively.
The ethical aspects and challenges associated with implementing AI will be analyzed, and participants will take part in a hands-on activity to create a customized GPT.
