Map boundaries are an approximation by barrio based on PRASA's announcement. Your exact sector may vary.

Tap a zone on the map, use your location, or search your address to see service status.

What you need to know

Boil your water When service returns, boil water for at least three minutes before drinking it.
Report water leaks or broken pipes Call PRASA at 787-620-2482 to report leaks or service emergencies.
Essential services Hospitals, care centers, and essential services get priority water deliveries by tanker truck.

How did we validate this?

We took the compressed map image PRASA published and compared the marked zones against Google Maps, area by area. Then we used the lists of affected sectors published by PRASA and the municipalities to check names, variants, and validate zones one by one.

Some addresses are still approximations, so your result may vary.
